The Australian company of skin, hair and body care products has recently opened a new store on the glamorous Oscar Freire street, in São Paulo. Following the tradition of inviting renowned architects, for this commission they called a Pritzker and a young practice. The result, as it happened in previous works of this selected team, is both elegant and simple.

The main feature of the project is the ameba shaped display case, that cantilevers at the center of the space. The rest of the elements, including the neutral facade, are arranged in a way that they don´t interfere with the presence of the strange object. The floor, made of a traditional tile called Ladrilho Hidráulico, also plays an important role, as an interesting background for the composition.
