Today´s newsletter we feature a new house in Rio de Janeiro by Bernardes Arquitetura. Located in Leblon neighbourhood, a very nice but crowed and noisy area, the project takes the best of both apartment and house worlds.

Due to the architectural brief and the small plot, the project defines layers with separated functions. Stands out the street façade, fronted by a stack of gardens, which filter the views from outside, while bring nature to the main spaces of the house.
